A model who runs an OnlyFans page has revealed the abuse she has suffered after sharing 'raunchy photos' on the site. Lana started her page last month and has received derogatory messages from men, including one who called her a 'desperate w****'.
The university graduate told how starting out on the site can involve receiving insulting messages, working long hours and earning little cash at the start, Wales Online reports. She continues to work night shifts at a factory as well as a spray tan beautician, as well as running her OnlyFans page.
OnlyFans is one of the fastest-growing adult subscription platforms with over 2.1 million content creators and 190 million registered users, according to current statistics from Tim Stokely, the CEO of the site. Before taking to OnlyFans, Lana graduated from Swansea University with a degree in translation - in Spanish and French - and started a teacher training course, before realising it "wasn’t the right path" for her.

Fancying a career change, she now runs her OnlyFans page - Tattiana00 - while also working evening shifts at a factory and as a spray tan beautician. However, she warns that it’s a difficult industry to gain subscribers and can be met with a lot of abuse online from men.
She said: "I was working 12-hour shifts in a factory but it was too much, so I joined OnlyFans. Since I started, I’ve received abuse messages from men." Lana explained that she had one man "chatting her up" on a different website but when he found out she was an OnlyFans model, his attitude changed, and started calling her a "desperate w****".
While another man who had complemented her on Facebook turned to calling her a "dirty, little, s***** h*" after finding out she started an adult page. She added: "I don’t know what their problem is really because girls share raunchy stuff on Instagram for free all the time. I’m getting constant abuse and all I’m doing is sharing raunchy photos - I don’t see why they’re so angry about it."
At first, it really affected Lana’s mental health, but now she feels more empowered being an OnlyFans model, and says she only started her page as she received a lot of attention on social media. She said: "I have lots of followers on Facebook and get a lot of attention, so I thought why not. It’s a bit of fun really, but it could be something big."
Lana currently only promotes her business through direct messages as she doesn’t want family friends seeing her pictures until her page is more successful. She added: "I’ve only been doing it a few weeks - but I do think it can give you financial freedom, like you don’t have to wake up at 7am and work until 7pm."
However, Lana said that there is more to it than just taking photos to gain subscribers. She said: "I do a photoshoot every week and constantly networking on Facebook and talking to fans as well.”
She also said that she produces new content every day, with pictures in different outfits, hairstyles and makeup, and talks to subscribers to build a form of relationship with them. She said: "I post a sexy picture every day at midnight so my fans wake up with a smile."
Currently, Lana says she has 50 subscribers and made around £500 in her first month. This involves people paying $13.99 for a monthly subscription (not all of which goes to her). She hopes that her page will soon take off and bring her financial stability so that she can can stop working night shifts and leave her factory job.
