OnlyFans model netting £100k a month launches 'affordable housing scheme' for UK families

An OnlyFans model, who is netting £100k a month from the platform, has launched an "affordable housing scheme" for UK families. Rebecca Goodwin says she has made the move into property to "invest in her children's futures".

The adult actress took to social media to inform her fans that she plans to purchase eight houses outright. She then claims that she wants to rent out the homes to low-income families who are struggling to get by during the cost of living crisis, reports the Mirror.

Mum-of-two Rebecca said: "The ball is now rolling with my ‘affordable housing scheme’. My plan is to buy 8 properties outright and rent them out to low-income families. One house I’ll be renting out is a 3 storey, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with off road parking for 2 cars, fully furnished, £650 a month!"

Rebecca claims she's not launching the scheme to make any money, but rather to help out struggling families. Alongside that aim she also wants to use the houses to provide an inheritance for her children.

The OnlyFans star was questioned over the profitability of her plans on social media. She replied that she makes enough money from the platform to have no mortgages on the homes.

Rebecca added: "I make enough profit on OnlyFans, I have no mortgages so rent payments are 100% profit except maintenance and insurance, this is a side hustle that my kids can inherit. I’m not doing it to make me more money I’m doing it [to] invest in my kids' futures."

Before becoming an adult actress, the single mother was struggling to feed her two daughters, now aged 11 and four. She claims the family were forced to survive on food vouchers for over a month.

Rebecca told the Independent that she decided to start her OnlyFans account in April 2019 out of "desperation". The mum-of-two had been £15,000 in debt at the time and had recently received a debt relief order.

However, within just 10 days of joining the subscription-based platform, she claims she'd already made £1,600 by selling her provocative content. Now she's earning up to £100,000 a month and has been able to buy her own four-bed house and a car as well as clear the debt she was in.

Rebecca said: “I had never earned so much in a month before. Now I’ve been able to buy a house and a Porsche." She said that her family are supportive of her career including her mother, who is "all for it".

Rebecca says her oldest daughter, knows about what she does and doesn't care. Rebecca added: “They are all very accepting because they saw how in trouble I was."
