Only people with high IQ can find hidden items in new brainteaser picture

A good way to train your brain is by challenging it, with lots of people enjoying a tricky puzzle to keep the mind ticking over.

Brainteasers can improve cognitive function, by boosting activity in the mind and improves concentration and memory.

According to experts, regular brain teasers and puzzles help to improve your ability to learn, your problem solving skills, and memory.

So, what's the harm in doing a couple of brainteasers each day? Hiatt Hardware have created some home-inspired brain teasers to challenge your problem-solving abilities!

Here, we have a super-fun puzzle, where you have to find the hidden items in the photo.

Don't worry, we have also included the answers at the bottom, so you can check your work and find that last pesky item that is hidden deep in the photo.

To begin with, we have this photo of a family playing in a garden. The garden is full of fun activities, and bordered by bushes and big trees.

You are challenged to find the 10 frogs hiding in the photo, so give it a go:

Have you found them all? We'll give you a hint, some of them are in places you would not expect.

And another top tip - check if any of the adults or children have gained a little froggy friend.

Got some more now? If you have found all 10, then congratulations - you have a super fast brain.
