Pontypridd-based home improvement and DIY online retailer Cool Blue Group has acquired a metal finishing company in Wolverhampton.
The e-commerce firm, which has sites in south Wales and the Midlands, has purchased SPS Brassware in the latest acquisition to Cool Blue Group's brand portfolio.
GS Verde Group advised on the transaction, however the value of the deal was not disclosed.

The firm's portfolio now includes brands such as Socket Store, Cool Blue Interiors and manufacturer G&H Brassware for its customer base of consumers, trade professionals, wholesalers and internet retailers.
SPS Brassware manufactures door and cabinet hardware, electric switch plates, window fittings and hooks, as well as offering metal finishing and polishing.
The company said the acquisition strengthens the supply chain for G&H Brassware and expands Cool Blue Group's product offering, which includes flat pack bedrooms, kitchens, electrical fixtures and accessories, and lighting.
