One returnee but Leeds Rhinos without several key stars for Wigan Super League semi-final

Leeds Rhinos remain without several key men for Friday's Super League semi-final with Wigan, but they have at least been boosted by the return of Bodene Thompson. Harry Newman and David Fusitu'a, who were both described as 'possible, but not probable' returnees by Rohan Smith on Tuesday, have both failed to make his 21-man squad, while there is no place for Ash Handley either.

Leeds' selection woes have been compounded by the absence of Rhyse Martin, who remains suspended after the Rhinos failed to get his suspension overturned on Tuesday evening. Morgan Gannon is also missing after suffering a head injury in the win over Catalans last weekend.

Prop Mikołaj Oledzki also went off injured, but he has been named in Smith's 21-man squad for the clash at the DW Stadium. Thompson also returns after suffering a rib injury against Hull KR earlier in the season, while youngster Jack Sinfield is drafted into Smith's 21-man squad.

Winger Ash Handley remains unavailable with a foot problem but despite nursing a knee injury, Aidan Sezer is fit enough to take his place in the 21-man squad.

Leeds Rhinos 21-man squad: Liam Sutcliffe, Blake Austin, Aidan Sezer, Mikolaj Oledzki, Kruise Leeming, Matt Prior, James Bentley, Zane Tetevano, Brad Dwyer, Richie Myler, Cameron Smith, Bodene Thompson, Tom Briscoe, Sam Walters, Jarrod O'Connor, James Donaldson, Corey Johnson, Muizz Mustapha, Liam Tindall, Jack Sinfield, Zak Hardaker.
