A huge wooden ship docked in Liverpool this week as part of a tour of the UK.
Tall Ship Tenacious arrived in Liverpool earlier this week after making a number of stops across England and Wales. The boat arrived in Portsmouth on June 2 before heading to Cardiff on June 11. The boat then made its way to Liverpool, arriving on June 25.
The Tenacious is a training ship for young people, built in 2000 and one of only two tall ships in the world with wheelchair lifts. At 213ft in length, the three-masted barque is operated by Sail Training International, which organises races, regattas and expeditions for people aged under the age of 26.

The ship's volunteers will be welcoming people onboard for free tours on Sunday, July 2.
An update on Facebook said: "Our wonderful crew and volunteers are looking forward to welcoming members of the public onboard Tenacious on Sunday the 2nd July, alongside at the Liverpool Cruise Ship Terminal Our open hours will be between 1pm and 5pm.
"Built with accessibility at the heart of her design, she is the only active tall ship in the world where up to half of the crew sailing her may have a disability or impairment – and everyone sails as full working crew, not passengers! Come see her for yourselves and learn how you too could sail, even if you have never sailed before!
"Tours are free, however donations toward our work will always be appreciated. We look forward to seeing you there!"
