One mystery EuroMillions ticket holder in the UK scoops huge £109m jackpot

A lucky EuroMillions ticket holder in the UK has scooped an incredible £109.9million jackpot, it has been confirmed.

Camelot, who is the operator of the National Lottery in the UK, said that that the mystery person won after they matched all of the required numbers from the draw on February 4.

The winning numbers of the draw were 3, 25, 38, 43, 49 and the two Lucky Stars were 3 and 7.

No further information about the single ticket holder will be revealed unless they agree to publicity.

News of the vast winnings came after Scots were asked to check their tickets to see if they were a jackpot winner.

It is not known if the winner is from Scotland.

Andy Carter, Camelot senior winners’ adviser at the National Lottery, said: “We’re absolutely delighted that the winner of this amazing EuroMillions jackpot prize as come forward and we hope that they will enjoy their win.”

The lucky ticket sees the holder head into 10th on the National Lottery’s greatest winnings in the UK of all time.

A winning ticket in October 2019 saw the winner scoop a huge £170million EuroMillions jackpot, making it the largest in the UK ever.

Ayrshire couple Colin and Christine Weir were recipients of the largest ever winning jackpot in Scotland after they won more than £161m in 2011.
