One more COVID-19-related death, hospitalizations on decline in New Brunswick

FREDERICTON — There are 101 people in New Brunswick's hospitals as a result of COVID-19 — a drop of 11 from Monday.

Eleven people are in intensive care and seven people are on ventilators.  

Health officials are reporting one more COVID-19-related death today — a person over the age of 90 in the Saint John region.  

There are 3,249 active cases of COVID-19 in the province. 

The provincial dashboard shows there are 330 health-care workers who are isolating after testing positive for COVID-19.  

About 48 per cent of the eligible population aged five and over have received a booster shot of COVID-19 vaccine.
