One Creative Environments invests in its first office in Wales

Architecture to civil engineering multidisciplinary design agency One Creative Environments has invested in its first office in Wales.

The firm, which has its head office in Worcester with offices also in Birmingham and London, has set up a new office at Cardiff Gate Business Park. The expansion will initially create up to eight jobs, but with additional roles expected as its new Cardiff office develops.

It said it was attracted to the city and the wider Cardiff Capital Region due to a strong pipeline of development schemes with a value north of £10bn.

The firm operates across a wide range of sectors from healthcare, and commercial to industrial and residential.

Matt Tebbatt, managing director of One, said: “We are thrilled to now be in Cardiff. Distance is no barrier, as we work across the UK as well as 8,000 miles away in the Falkland Islands, however, our presence in Cardiff will allow us to now work even more closely with some of our clients and the Welsh Government which we are really looking forward to.”
