Alain “The Panther” Ngalani is the latest fighter MMA fighter to nail the Bottle Cap Challenge that has been sweeping social media.

We’ve seen the efforts of UFC stars Max Holloway and Conor McGregor, but Ngalani stepped up to represent Asian organisation One Championship.

The Hong Kong-based heavyweight is clearly good with his hands, holding the record for fastest knockout in One with his 11-second flattening of Hideki Sekine.

But his kicking is pretty handy, too – he’s a four-time Muay Thai world champion – and he showed off his skills in an Instagram post that has gone viral with over 50,000 likes.

Ngalani’s efforts were so impressive he even got a shout out on Joe Rogan’s podcast, the clip of which he was all too happy to share on his Instagram.

“Do you know that heavyweight that fights in One FC, they call him the Panther?” Rogan asks studio guest Yves Edwards. “He just did the Bottle Cap Challenge too, he did like a hook kick and then a wheel kick with a different leg.”

“He’s this dude who is another one of those preposterous looking fellas that’s just unbelievably jacked, and a heavyweight,” Rogan added.

Rogan’s studio producer then brought up the clip of Ngalani’s record knockout for him and Edwards to watch.

“Oh my god he’s fast … that’s a wrap,” Rogan said, watching the screen.
