Excited fans have been making their way to the Pier Head as On the Waterfront gets underway today.
The music festival has returned to our iconic waterfront with another line-up of talented artists. It is the first event staged at the Pier Head since Eurovision in May and fans will be hoping to once again experience the amazing scenes we saw back then.
Jamie Webster is tonight's headline act as the Scouser is set to electrify the sold out crowd of 13,000 with his powerful brand of emotionally charged working class rock music. Tonight's line-up also features cult legend, Michael Head & The Red Elastic Band, Reignmaker, Brooke Combe and Kairos.

ECHO reporter, Jamie Greer, is on the ground for tonight's show with the latest updates from what is set to be a night of amazing music from the top local talent.
