The Women's Omloop Het Nieuwsblad will run without defending champion Marianne Vos (Visma-Lease a Bike) in 2025 or podium companions Lotte Kopecky (SD Worx-ProTime) and Elisa Longo Borghini (UAE Team ADQ).

Lorena Wiebes (SD Worx-Protime) will don bib number 1 on the start list.
