Olly Murs reveals he is set to become a dad for the second time

Olly Murs is to become a dad for the second time

Olly Murs is set to become a dad for the second time.

The 40-year-old pop star has been married to Amelia Tank, 32, since 2023 and already has 12-month-old Madison with her, but took to social media at the onset of Easter Weekend on Good Friday (18.04.25) to reveal that they are now expecting another baby.

Alongside a black-and-white video of himself, Amelia and Madison, Olly wrote on Instagram: "We’re so egg-cited to share this..… Another Baby Murs on the way [bottle emoji] [baby emoji]."

In the video, Olly and Amelia are walking hand-in-hand facing away from the camera, and Madison is sitting on her dad's shoulders wearing a denim jacket that has 'BIG SIS' embroidered on the back.

In her free hand, Amelia is carrying a baby scan photo and the Cass Elliot classic 'Baby I'm Yours' plays in the background.

Several famous faces reached out to the 'Troublemaker' singer to offer their well-wishes, including former WAG Lizzie Cundy, who said: "Yay!! Huge congratulations".

Reality star Vicky Pattison said: "OMG!!!! Best new ever guys!!!![heart eyes emoji] congratulations" whilst radio presenter Sonny Jay - who has 11-month-old daughter Mia with Danielle Peazer - said: "Woweee [heart emoji] congratulations!"

Shortly after the birth of his first child, the former 'X Factor' star had been speaking to comedian Joel Dommett - who has 19-month-old Wilde with his wife Hannah Cooper - and fitness instructor Joe Wicks, and insisted that they all still felt sexy at the onset of fatherhood.

He told The Sun newspaper's Bizarre column at the time: "I was chatting today with Joel, whose baby is ten months old, and Joe, who has a six wee kold.

“I’m sort of in that ballpark now. We’re like a little DILF club.”

The term 'DILF' is an alternative version of 'MILF', which originated in the 1999 comedy 'American Pie' in which 'White Lotus' star Jennifer Coolidge played the attractive mother of teenager Steve Stifler whom his peers have a crush on.

Just after the arrival of his little girl Olly shared a photo on Instagram of the new parents walking down a hospital corridor holding hands, with the star carrying a car seat.

He wrote: "Our mini murs has arrived. Madison we love you so much already x (sic)"
