Olivia Wilde made sure all eyes were on her as she attended the People’s Choice Awards on Tuesday night, following her recent breakup with Harry Styles.

The actress, 38, brushed off her split as she scooped up the Drama Movie of 2022 award for her film Don’t Worry Darling at the ceremony, held in Santa Monica, Los Angeles.

Wilde stunned on arrival as she wore a revealing black sheer lace gown with a plunging neckline and low back.

The director added a black belt with gold buckle to her look, that was cinched at the waist, and flashed her black pants underneath the garment in a risqué style choice.

Wilde teamed the showstopping dress with matching black platform heels and let her hair flow freely in loose waves, while sporting a smoky eye and nude glossed lips.

Wilde’s solo appearance at the awards show comes after she reportedly split from Styles in November, after two years together.

According to a source, the separation was “amicable” between the pair, and the decision made as they had “different priorities keeping them apart”.

An anonymous insider told People: "[Harry’s] still touring and is now going abroad. She is focusing on her kids and her work in Los Angeles.

“It’s a very amicable decision. They’re still very close friends.

“They’re on a break. It’s impossible to have a relationship when he’s in every continent next year and Olivia has her job and her kids.”

The former couple are thought to have begun dating in January 2021 after meeting on the set of Don’t Worry Darling, months after Wilde split from ex-fiancé actor Jason Sudeikis, with whom she shares two children.

Don’t Worry Darling was plagued by controversy ahead of its release, after speculation arose of a rift between the film’s leading actress Florence Pugh and Wilde.

The director referred to the reports of unrest on set as “untruths” in subsequent interviews, though Wilde was later heard in an audio recording made during production saying Pugh, 26, is due a “wake-up call”, suggesting tensions.

Wilde’s project was later panned by critics, but that didn’t stop the director from winning for her film at the People’s Choice Awards on Tuesday.

The star-studded event was also attended by Shania Twain, the cast of Selling Sunset and Housewives of Beverley Hills, Lizzo, Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner.
