Olivia Rodrigo and Lily Allen sing 'F*** you' to Supreme Court after abortion ruling

Olivia Rodrigo dedicated Lily Allen's hit song 'F*** You' to the US Supreme Court after their anti-abortion ruling.

On Friday, the Supreme Court overturned the landmark Roe vs Wade ruling that made abortion legal nationwide almost 50 years ago.

It is expected to lead to abortion bans in roughly half of US states and women in some States could be prosecuted if they get an abortion.

American singer Olivia was performing at Glastonbury 2022 and was joined by surprise guest Lily Allen.

The duo dedicated Lily's song 'F***k You' to the Supreme Court and shared their anger towards the shocking decision made on reproductive rights.

"I’m very excited for this next one," Olivia told the crowd before Lily said hello to everyone.

Olivia added: "Today is a very, very special day. This is actually my first Glastonbury, and I’m sharing the stage with Lily which is the biggest dream come true ever.

The good 4 u singer went on to discuss the overruling, saying: "I’m devastated and terrified and so many women and so many girls are going to die because of this.

"I wanted to dedicate this next song to the five members of the Supreme Court who have shown us that at the end of the day, they truly don’t give a s**t about freedom.

"This song goes out to the Justices," she added before naming Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh.

The duo then began singing Lily's iconic song to showcase their disgust towards the Supreme Court Justices.

Glastonbury attendees jumped to the song while sticking their middle fingers up in the air.

"Wow, I’m going to cry, remembering that moment for the rest of my life," Olivia said after performing the song.

Other celebrities have also blasted the ruling, including Billie Eilish who performed on the Pyramid Stage on Friday evening.

She told the crowd that, although she was happy to be at the festival, it was a 'dark day for America'.

Introducing her track Your Power, which is a song about the abuse of privilege, she told fans: "Today is a dark day for women in America. It's all I'm able to say about it. I can't bear to think about it."

Lizzo, Harry Styles, Michelle Obama, Phoebe Bridgers, Taylor Swift and more have also spoken out about it.

It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia actor Danny DeVito even said: “Supreme Court my a**”.
