The funeral of Olivia Pratt-Korbel will be opened by her mum at a church service today.
Friends, family and mourners dressed in pink have arrived at St Margaret Mary's Catholic Church in Knotty Ash this morning to remember the life of nine-year-old Olivia. The order of service, released this morning, shows two photos of Olivia laughing and smiling and an illustration of a unicorn on the front.
As friends and family enter the church, mourners will sing the hymn Walk With Me O My Lord. The service will begin with a eulogy read out by Olivia's mum, Cheryl Korbel, followed by an opening prayer.

A series of readings from the Bible will be read out followed by several hymns, including Make Me A Channel of Your Peace and Amazing Grace.
The service is due to begin at 11am and will be followed by a private burial and wake. Mourners have been asked to wear a splash of pink in her memory.
The order of service ends with a poignant poem called "My Little Angel" accompanied by a photo of Olivia.
The poem reads:
You've just walked on ahead of me
And I've got to understand
You must release the ones you love
And let go of their hand.
I try to cope the best I can
But I'm missing you so much
If I could only see you
And once more feel your touch.
Yes, you've just walked on ahead of me
Don't worry I'll be fine
But now and then I swear I feel
Your hand slip into mine.
A message at the end of the order of service says: "The family sincerely thank you for your cards, kind words of sympathy and support, and for attending the service today."
