Olivia Culpo 'craves salads' during pregnancy

Christian McCaffrey and Olivia Culpo tied the knot in 2024

Olivia Culpo has been "craving salads" amid her pregnancy.

The 32-year-old beauty is expecting her first child with Christian McCaffrey, and the sports star has now revealed one of his wife's biggest pregnancy cravings.

He told People: "She's been craving salads ... I never knew that was a thing. I don't know what it is about the leaves, but she's been craving them!"

Christian, 28 - who plays for the San Francisco 49ers in the NFL - is determined to set a good example for his unborn child.

Christian - who married the model in 2024 - said: "I'm very lucky.

"I have an amazing wife who's been so great during her whole pregnancy and has made the process look easy, even though I know it's not. And so I'm just excited to do it with her."

Olivia previously admitted that her pregnancy has proved just how much she needs her own mother.

The brunette beauty - who announced her pregnancy in March - explained that her mom has been hugely supportive of her over recent months.

Olivia - who won the Miss Universe beauty pageant back in 2012 - told People: "I feel like I have a lot of respect for my mom and one thing that I realised through this experience of becoming a mom is actually how much I've needed my mom, which I didn't anticipate.

"She's just been so helpful to me, especially in the beginning of my pregnancy. That was really tough. It's just kind of an interesting thing, and I'm just so grateful to her.

"It's just an ironic thought that you need your mom the most when you're about to become a mom. That's just genuinely how I felt."

The loved-up couple have also done "a lot of research" ahead of welcoming their baby.

Despite this, Christian acknowledged that "everybody's experience is different".

He shared: "A lot of research, a lot of questions to parents, but one thing I've realised is everybody's experience is different.

"I think it's one of those things that you just have to go through, do the best you can with the information that you have."
