Oleksandr Zinchenko celebrates Arsenal win with fans by driving past local pub

Oleksandr Zinchenko celebrated another three points with Arsena's fans as he drove past the Tollington Arms in north London.

The Gunners made light work of Crystal Palace, who were dispatched 4-1 on Sunday afternoon, to extend their lead to eight points as Manchester City were not in Premier League action at the weekend. Zinchenko started at left-back as his impressive year continued.

The Ukrainian is a big favourite with the Gunners faithful and drove his Mercedes 4x4 away from the stadium and past the busy pub. He beeped and screamed out the window, which brought about a loud response from those outside, as shown in a video posted on social media.

Bukayo Saka bagged a brace in Arsenal's win and Gabriel Martinelli also got in on the act after his midweek penalty miss led to the Gunners being dumped out of the Europa League. Granit Xhaka bagged his team's fourth at the Emirates and Mikel Arteta was full of praise for his players.

The Spaniard said: "I’m really happy, very pleased with the way we started the game. I was really happy with the way they reacted after Thursday, and we took any question mark away from it. We showed a lot of determination, a lot of purpose in our way of playing. I’m really happy to perform the way we did after playing 120 minutes, after losing two big players for us (William Saliba and Takehiro Tomiyasu to injury) and to still compete and win the game how we did."

Arsenal take on relegation-threatened trio Leeds, West Ham and Southampton in three of their next four games with their focus solely on league matters. Sandwiched in-between those clashes is a daunting trip to face Liverpool at Anfield, where the Gunners have not fared well in recent years.

Before those fixtures, a host of Arsenal's squad will jet off to represent their countries in the latest round of international matches. England are in action against Italy whilst the Gunners will also provide players to a host of other nations, with Arteta hoping they all return fit and healthy.

Speaking of his stars, the Spaniard said: "I will try to look after the players that have to remain with us here and that they come back with the same mindset that they have before so that we can go into Leeds which is the only important game we have right now and try to win that one."

Gabriel Jesus - who has not been selected in Brazil's squad - continued his return against Palace, appearing off the bench once more after his extended injury lay-off. "I was injured but in my mind I was involved," he said. "I was like, I need to talk, I need to try to help them with something by talking and seeing the games - so that’s why."
