A marketing agency thought to be the oldest in Staffordshire is celebrating its milestone 50th year in business.
Harrison Carloss has undergone a massive transformation since it first opened its doors in 1972.
Over the years, the Stoke-on-Trent-based business – which previously operated under the name of HCL Marketing – has picked up a string of awards for its work on some major campaigns for global, national and regional brands.
Today the 13-strong agency's services span creative, digital, print and marketing which includes everything from branding, graphic design, web design and development to literature and social media.
Managing director Adam Mobley – who acquired the business from My Clever Group in 2020 – said: "50 years old, we can hardly believe it.
"When the agency was first set up, there was no internet, no computers, no emails, no smartphones. It makes you wonder how they got anything done!"
Adam added: "It's something of an achievement for an agency to still be independently owned at 50 years old. We're obviously doing all the right things.
"Just in the last year, the close and passionate collaboration of our account and creative teams has seen us enjoy sustained growth with a number of significant client wins.
"Our strength is a fearless creative drive, an enviable wealth of marketing expertise and a commitment to produce outstanding and thought-provoking work for our clients.
"This year is a huge achievement and celebration for us and we're looking forward to our continuing growth and success."
