Oklahoma coach Brent Venables’ day finished better than it started.
As the Sooners were heading onto the field Friday for their game with TCU, Venables fell and amid the smoke and fog was lucky not to be trampled.
The coach actually took out some other players as they made their way onto the field.
For those that have asked, here’s Brent Venables tripping and falling while coming out of the tunnel before the game.

In the end, it turned out okay as OU clobbered the Horned Frogs, 69-45.
Brent Venables tripped and fell running out of the tunnel. A number of #Sooners fell on top of him in the smoke coming out.
