The Oklahoma City Thunder announced on Monday that they have recalled Isaiah Roby from its G League affiliate — the Oklahoma City Blue.
Roby has averaged 13 points and 7.5 rebounds in eight games with the Blue. In 18 games with the Thunder, Roby has averaged 6.7 points and 3.3 rebounds.
This move corresponds with Jeremiah Robinson-Earl being assigned to the Blue on Monday as well. It appears that the two big men switched spots. The Blue played a home game Monday afternoon while the Thunder play a night game against the Portland Trail Blazers. If Robinson-Earl does not get recalled, expect Roby to see some playing time in his place.
