FAQs
How much does delivery from OKA cost?
Delivery for your OKA purchase can vary depending on what’s in your order. Standard UK delivery costs £6, while fragile delivery (items marked with a lightning bolt symbol) is £15. If you want express delivery for the goods bought with your OKA discount codes this will be £10 but doesn’t include heavy or fragile items. For heavy deliveries, you’ll be paying £49 and this will be clearly shown at checkout. If your order is split into two or more deliveries for whatever reason you still only pay one delivery charge.
Does OKA offer a click & collect service?
Yes, you can use your OKA discount codes online and then pop into your nearest store to collect the items yourself. To do this, if your order qualifies, simply select the preferred store from the drop-down menu at checkout. All stores accept Click & Collect, but the Parsons Green location can’t accept fragile items (those marked with the lightning bolt). If you’d prefer a kerbside collection, let the store know and they’ll accommodate you if possible.
Can I return OKA products in-store?
Whether you had the products you ordered with your OKA discount codes delivered to your home or opted to Click & Collect, you can still return them in-store if something isn’t quite right. Just do so within 14 days. Alternatively, you can return items via the enclosed Parcelforce returns label, although £2.50 will be deducted from your refund amount. Heavy or fragile items need to be returned after calling the Customer Service team on 03330 042 042 to arrange a collection for £60. If you decide something isn’t right immediately upon delivery, they can take it back there and then at no extra cost.
What does the OKA interior design service include?
The OKA Interior Design Service is a great tool for helping you to create your dream home. Whether you’re refurbing an entire house, or just need help with a colour scheme or finishing touches, the team can help. The initial consultation is entirely complimentary, and you can book an appointment in-store or online. Next up is the design process which will involve a site visit or inspection of plans followed by a designer drawing up a proposal. Finally, once happy with everything, the team arranges a white glove delivery service where every item will be unpacked and arranged on-site.
Hints and tips
While we recommend using OKA discount codes as the best way to make great savings, there are a few other ways you can cut costs
Explore the Outlet One part of the website that’s always worth a look is the Outlet section. In this tab, you’ll find all manner of great deals. They constantly change, but can include everything from smaller home accessories to lighting and even furniture. These items don’t hang around for long, though, so move quickly if something catches your eye.
Wait for the seasonal sales OKA has a few sale events over the year, usually one per season - although these are not guaranteed. Typically these happen at the end of the season so you can get stocked up for the following year.
Check out OKA on Black Friday OKA typically takes part in Black Friday, and often starts its sale a few days earlier than the actual event, so keep track of things to make sure you don’t miss the best deals.
Sign up for the newsletter While there is currently no initial discount for signing up to the newsletter, it’s still a useful thing to do as subscribers will be offered special OKA discount codes on occasion.

What to buy from OKA
There’s any manner of products you can buy using your OKA discount codes, but we’d suggest taking a look at their gorgeous selection of dining chairs and benches. It can be surprisingly simple to work out how to choose the right dining chair, and the range at OKA may have just the style for you.
Once of our favourite additions that would feel right at home in a kitchen as well as in a more formal space is the Feur Chair. Handmade from stylish elm wood, this café style option has a casually distressed finish, a pretty diamond back and a padded rattan seat. Another wooden option is the Taino Chair which is named after the indigenous people of the Caribbean who invented the hammock - and this may be nearly as comfy. There’s a matching bar stool, too.
If you’re looking for the perfect addition to an elegant dining room, then take a look at the luxe Camaret Dining Chair. Modelled after antique French furniture and hand upholstered in an on-trend grey linen, this will add a premium touch to your space.
