Ohio State University's football team, the Buckeyes, secured the national championship after a commanding playoff run that showcased their offensive prowess and defensive resilience. Throughout the four playoff games, the Buckeyes outscored their opponents 114 to 60, demonstrating their dominance on the field.

Under the guidance of offensive coordinator Chip Kelly, the Buckeyes' offensive strategy proved to be unstoppable, drawing parallels to Kelly's successful tenure with the Oregon Ducks. Despite a slightly conservative approach in the second half, the team's offensive weapons shone brightly, led by quarterback Will Howard.

Howard, a former three-star recruit who was initially underestimated by many, delivered a stellar performance on the grandest stage. His remarkable achievement of 13 consecutive completions at the beginning of the title game set a new record, highlighting his poise and skill under pressure.

Running back Quinshon Judkins showcased his explosive speed and exceptional field vision by scoring three touchdowns during the championship game, further solidifying the Buckeyes' offensive dominance.

The Buckeyes' victory was a testament to their collective effort and strategic decision-making, as they executed crucial plays when it mattered most to secure the national title. Ohio State's comprehensive performance on both ends of the field solidified their status as deserving champions of college football.
