Ohio State is trying to add to its 2024 recruiting cycle, with the majority of the focus being on the defensive side of the ball.
Head coach Ryan Day only has two commits, both linebackers, so the need for prospects on the line and secondary is coming into focus. One defensive lineman the Buckeyes are targeting is California defensive end Aydin Breland, who narrowed his list on Friday evening with Ohio State making the cut.

Shortly after Breland dropped his list, Ohio State commit Ian Moore was letting him know that he — along with Mater Dei offensive lineman teammate Brandon Baker — could be stars in Columbus. Hopefully, they heard Moore’s words.
