We’re less than two weeks from seeing the Ohio State football team run out of the tunnel against Notre Dame. Pinch yourself, it’s almost here after a very long offseason.
And while we’re all making plans on watch parties and get-togethers while clearing the calendar this fall at the same time, head coach Ryan Day and staff are still putting sweat equity in over at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center. We’ve gotten a peek behind the curtain from time to time as to how things are going, but it’s always good to hear from the man in charge for those types of things that we just don’t see, or don’t know.
That’s exactly what happened on Monday when Day stepped to the podium to provide an update on the progress of the team and where things stand. If you didn’t get a chance to watch and hear all of his comments, we’ve got them for you thanks to video posted by the program on OhioStateBuckeyes.com.
Click below and listen to Day discuss the progress of the defense, how the team looks on the injury front, what the expectations are for this team, and much, much more.
Ohio State kicks the season off on Saturday night, September 3 vs. the Fighting Irish and we’ll have more leading up to the game to get you ready for the Buckeyes to break the seal on the 2022 season.
