Ohio State football is coming off a devastating loss to the Oregon Ducks last week, but that isn’t stopping it from making waves on the recruiting trail. The Buckeyes are still attempting to put together an elite 2025 recruiting class and one four-star recruit has the talent to make help make that happen.
Mikkel Skinner is a four-star tight end from the state of South Carolina, and he has set his announcement date for Tuesday, October 22, at 5:00 p.m. ET on the 247Sports YouTube channel. Skinner has narrowed his list down to five schools, which include Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, USF, and of course, OSU.
The four-star talent was committed to the Cincinnati Bearcats in June, but decommitted last month. Standing at 6-foot, 3-inches and 220 pounds with a Big Ten frame, its easy to see why so many top level schools are interested in the receiver. He is a consensus top 15 tight end in the class and has the potential to make an impact early in his college career.
