A stage show of The Gruffalo is coming to The Lowry this summer.
The musical adaptation of the classic picture book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler is returning to the Salford venue at the end of July.
There promises to be 'songs, laughs and monstrous fun' for children aged 3 and up and their grown-ups, in the much-loved show that’s toured Britain and the world.

Families can join Mouse on a daring adventure through the deep, dark wood in the smash hit show by the internationally acclaimed theatre company Tall Stories.
Since premiering in the UK in 2001 it has been touring successfully around the world ever since, performing in 16 countries and five continents – including twice at Sydney Opera House, twice on Broadway, 10 West End seasons and once at the National Theatre.
Tall Stories use 'a physical storytelling style combined with original songs to create a lively theatrical experience that embraces its audience'.
The production is running at The Lowry from July 30 to August 21 and tickets, costing from £18, can be booked online.
Performances last for 55 minutes and there is no interval.
