A frustrated office worker has left a furious note to a mystery colleague he suspects steals his coffee.
The worker decided to write a message after noticing that someone else took his coffee without permission.
He said he feels "angry" as the jar is marked with his initials but despite this, someone is still using it.
He said the jar was costs £8 and was missing about 1/5 of its content despite him only using it to make three coffee.
The note, shared on Reddit, reads: "Are you seriously thieving my coffee? It literally has my initials on top of the lid.
"These are £8 each. I've had three coffees and it's 1/5 gone. You know you're stealing, so stop.
"P.S. Thanks for bursting open the foil so it's more convenient for you to pour yourself a massive drink."
The caption of the post reads: "Does my note convey my anger at having my coffee stolen?"
Several people commented on the post with one suggesting the employee should replace coffee with Bisto gravy granules and keep real coffee at his desk.
Another said: "Absolutely. Slowly add more bisto over time, so they're unaware of the taste being different. Each day, another teaspoon goes into the mix with the Kenco, with them being none the wiser. Slowly they will become habituated to drinking gravy. The ol' Kenco/Bisto switcheroo."
A Reddit user wrote: "Is this what it has come to? I've got to start carrying my coffee around with me now?!"
One more person added: "This post makes me so glad I don't work in an office environment."
