Off Menu Bangkok 2023 returns with collabs between 13 chefs

Living up to its name, the second edition of Off Menu Bangkok returns from April 27-29 at The Peninsula Bangkok Hotel, with culinary collaborations among noted chefs in Bangkok that would pique your curiosity and appetite.

The food fest looks to be a foodie playground, albeit not an ordinary one, since unique and exclusive dishes that you won't find anywhere will be on the menu for three days only. More than 13 renowned chefs will come together to create a one-of-a-kind menu that sure should stir your craving and interest.

Amerigo Sesti and Yohan Martin of J'aime and  Evelyn Yap of Happivore serve Larb pak pâté en croûte. Thierry Drapeau of Signature and Garima Arora of Gaa have come up with DIY tuna bhel served with Indian flat bread. And, these are just two examples to whet your appetite. The festival aims to bring together celebrated chefs with different cooking styles to showcase their culinary prowess and create unforgettable dishes.

At Off Menu Bangkok 2023, participants can feast on 10 special dishes crafted by these renowned chefs, each is paired with two innovative and delicious cocktails crafted by leading Thai mixologists.

There will be six savoury stations. Station 1 will host chefs Sesti and  Martin, and Yap. Meet chef Arnaud Dunand of Maison Dunand and chefs Narisara Malueangsin and Narubate Srisompost of Løyrom at Station 2. Try the combined creation of chef David Hartwig of The St. Regis Bangkok's Igniv and Gerard Villaret Horcajo of The Okura Prestige Bangkok's Elements at Station 3. Chef Henk Savelberg of Savelberg and chef Nutthapol Pavapaiboon of Wang Hinghoi join forces at Station 4. The brainchild of chef Thierry Drapeau of Vie Hotel Bangkok's Signature and chef Garima Arora of Gaa will be at Station 5. Last but by no means least is Station 6 serving plant-based Chinese dishes by chef Ip Tang Ying of The Peninsula Bangkok's Mei Jiang. 

Besides food, there will be live music from DJs for a fun and lively atmosphere. Pre-sale tickets are available until April 17, priced at B2,980 per person, while regular tickets are priced at B3,480 baht per person afterwards. Tickets can also be purchased at the door for B3,980 per person.
