The Baltimore Ravens continued rolling with a 56-19 blowout victory over the Miami Dolphins on New Year’s Eve to clinch the AFC’s No. 1 seed.
Following the game, veteran wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. had high praise for his current squad when asked what was different about this team compared to other teams he has been on throughout his NFL career.
It’s everything,” Beckham said. “It’s the way the organization is run. It’s the players … This is the best team I’ve been on in the NFL.”
Odell Beckham hopes everyone can feel in their life the sort of happiness that happened when Ravens got back to locker room. He calls this the best team he’s ever played on and says Lamar Jackson is the general that always keeps them alive.

This is quite the endorsement from the decorated NFL star, considering that Beckham won the Super Bowl with the Los Angeles Rams two seasons ago.
The Ravens signed Beckham to a one-year contract worth up to $18 million this offseason. While his 565 receiving yards and three touchdowns on the season would suggest that Baltimore overpaid for the 31-year-old wide receiver, Beckham’s leadership and ability to come down with big catches in big moments throughout the season would suggest a different story for an organization that has struggled to acquire quality players at the position.
Beckham’s experience winning a Super Bowl with the Rams will be an asset for the Ravens as they enter the playoffs, hoping to hoist the third Lombardi Trophy in franchise history.
