A NYPD police car has been spotted driving in Speke.
The New York Police Department-style cop car was captured on camera at the forecourt of the Morrisons garage. The car, which was complete with a real working siren, caused people to "stop and stare."
ECHO reader, Mark Smith took a photograph of the car as it was being filled up with petrol. He said he witnessed the surprising sight on Sunday, May 21.

He said: "I was jet-washing the car and turned around to see this NYPD car just parked up with the owner putting petrol in, everyone was stopping and staring at it.
"I've seen plenty of flashy and vintage cars around but have never seen anything like that before, it looked like something straight from the movies.
"When he was driving off he gave a toot on the siren, which sounded totally authentic too and everyone on the forecourt seemed to think it was brilliant."
