A nurse in Australia is currently facing multiple federal charges after making anti-Israeli comments in a video posted online. The nurse, along with another colleague, was suspended from Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital near Sydney following the incident.
The video, described as antisemitic by the New South Wales Police Force, was filmed at the hospital and circulated widely on social media. In the video, the nurse expressed a refusal to treat Israeli patients, while her colleague made threatening remarks towards Israelis.
Despite the disturbing nature of the video, an examination of patient records at the hospital revealed no evidence of harm caused to patients by the nurses.

The nurse has been charged with federal offenses including threatening violence to a group, using a carriage service to threaten to kill, and using a carriage service to menace, harass, and offend. These charges carry a potential maximum penalty of 22 years in prison.
Following her arrest, the nurse has been released on bail and is scheduled to appear in court on March 19.
