The National Television Awards will return for another year of celebrations tonight.
Taking place at London’s OVO Arena, Wembley, and being broadcast live on ITV, the NTAs will showcase the star-studded ceremony. Comedian Joel Dommett will return for a second year as he hosts the evening which will see many familiar TV stars collect prestigious awards.
Speaking of hosting, he said: "I’m so happy to have been asked back. There’s already been some terrific TV this year, so I can’t wait to see which shows the viewers pick as their winners. Plus, I’ve always wanted to shout the immortal words ‘Hello, Wembley!’…”

Some of the most recognisable faces from daytime shows, factual entertainment and evening dramas will come together to find out who is picking up the coveted awards in a number of different categories. The various categories will see the likes of Strictly, The Masked Singer, RuPaul’s Drag Race UK and Britain’s Got Talent battle it out to be named Best Talent Show.
Also nominated are the likes of Netflix’s Heartstopper and After Life while Kate Garraway, Katie Price, Tom Parker, Paddy & Christine McGuinness and Julia Bradbury are all nominated in the Authored Documentary category.
