Three men have now been charged over an alleged assault that left a man dead in the car park of a Darwin shopping precinct.
The 39-year-old victim was found unconscious in the car park outside the Rapid Creek Business Village in Millner on Tuesday night last week.
Police and paramedics declared the man dead at the scene a short time later.
On Thursday, an 18-year-old man was charged over the incident with unlawfully causing serious harm, recklessly endangering serious harm and aggravated assault.
Two men, aged 33 and 37, were arrested the next day, and have now been charged with the same three offences.
They were remanded in custody, and appeared before the Darwin Local Court for the first time on Monday.
The police investigation is ongoing.
