For those of us old enough to recall, there was a time when shirts with long, sheer sleeves were the very essence of cool. On the international fashion dateline that period falls somewhere between colorful B.U.M. Equipment sweatshirts and grunge plaid. So it's been hard to miss the recent rise of see-through button-down shirts with The Frankie Shop stylishly leading the charge.
