Two penalties from Ruben Rodrigues ensured Notts County set a new record of 20 games unbeaten in a league season following a well-fought 2-1 win over Solihull Moors.
The Magpies started unusually slow in the opening exchanges of the encounter at the ARMCO Arena, with Callum Maycock capitalising on a loose pass by Kyle Cameron to fire the hosts in front.
But a penalty in either half from Notts' Portuguese star saw Luke Williams' side break that 93-year record, while also returning to the top of the National League in the process.

The Notts boss made two changes to the side that beat Halifax at the weekend, with Geraldo Bajrami and Cedwyn Scott, preferred to Jim O'Brien and Sam Austin.
A sense of sloppiness was apparent in the opening exchanges of the first half, with the visitors guilty of producing several careless passes, with Aden Baldwin providing a few nervy early moments.
But that element of composure and calmness in possession that we have come to see this season seemed to be left Meadow Lane, with another loose pass into midfield, this time from Cameron allowed Maycock to play a neat one-two with Andrew Dallas before finishing beyond Sam Slocombe.
Despite their early lapses in concentration, it was the hosts' turn to make an error with Scott fouled inside the area by James Clarke after good work from Geraldo Bajrami, with Rodrigues stepping up to net his tenth goal of the campaign.
The Magpies chief spent the majority of the interval prowling the touchline after a brief conversation in the dressing room, with his side almost providing the perfect response to their presumable half-time grilling, however, Macaulay Langstaff could not add to his 23-goal haul, sliding his shot wide in front of the travelling Notts fans.
Their second half showing was night and day between the opening 45, with the influential Aaron Nemane producing another mesmerising piece of trickery from a corner and breaking into the box, seeing his flashed cross evading everyone in lavender inside the area.
But just as the visitors continued to turn the screw, a quick corner kick saw Matty Palmer taken down inside the area with referee Lewis Smith taking his time before pointing to the spot.
As Rodrigues stood over the ball, the 894 Notts fans waited in anticipation with the midfielder making no mistake from the spot to spark some sensational scenes in the away end.
The hosts continued to threaten, with Langstaff and Jodi Jones seeing effort repelled late on, but the Magpies held for another memorable, and record-breaking away trip.
Here is how we rated the Magpies this evening.
Sam Slocombe - 6
Rarely troubled during the contest, not helped by his teammates in his quest to achieve a 13th clean sheet of the season.
Kyle Cameron - 6
Was at fault for the opening goal after giving away possession cheaply in a dangerous area. Caught out a couple of times with the ball in behind.
Aden Baldwin - 6
Provided several needless scares early on with some careless passes out from defence. Much better in the second half.
Connell Rawlinson - 6
Dealt well with the presence of Mark Beck up front. Was excellent in possession and solid throughout.
Adam Chicksen - 7
Much more involved in the second half, creating many opportunities down the left-hand side.
Aaron Nemane - 8
Busy and direct performance once again from the Frenchman, proving a real threat down the right-hand side. Also produced an unbelievable bit of defending to deny Dallas in on goal.
Geraldo Bajrami - 6
Difficult evening against the industrious Solihull midfield, but provided that incisive pass that won the first penalty.
Matty Palmer - 7.5
Another brilliant display from the midfielder, combining class and tenacity to great effect as he dictated the game from start to finish.
Ruben Rodrigues - 8.5
Remained calm and composed to send Boot the wrong way from the spot in the first half, before firing an emphatic spot-kick to win the points for the Magpies. Another excellent display.
Cedwyn Scott - 6.5
Showed some nice touches in the final third and won the penalty for the equaliser.
Macaulay Langstaff - 7
Missed a glorious chance with the game level in the second half. Fed off scraps for the majority but looked a threat throughout.
SUBS:
Jodi Jones - 6
Looked dangerous when in possession, creating several opportunities from midfield.
John Bostock - 6
Just the player to see a game out. His calmness in possession and experience was just what Notts needed in the closing stages.
Sam Austin - N/A
A late change for Rodrigues.
