Having tasted the food at 'Loaded Flavez', run by Notts County fan Loz Clough almost two months ago, I knew it was going to be a success.
And for the lifelong Magpies supporter, her tasty pre-match grub has gone down a treat, gaining worldwide recognition following Notts' Community Day fixture with Scunthorpe last weekend.
With another 16,000 plus crowd descending on the Meadow Lane turnstiles, plenty of match-goers posting photos of their purchases from the food truck situated inside the Cattle Market, attracting the interest of arguably the biggest food critic when coming to football food.

Footy Scran, a page that critiques the best and worst food football clubs around the country has to offer, posted a photo of the food truck's Jack Daniels pulled pork loaded fries, which was viewed over 1.5 million times, getting the thumbs up from 88.6% of the 16,000 people who voted whether to scran or not to scran.
But it didn't stop there, with several popular online football pages reposting the image on Twitter, and Instagram, while also featuring in a YouTube video.
Overwhelmed by the response, Clough said: "I am obviously overjoyed that my dream of bringing great football food is coming to fruition.
"Supporters of both Notts County and Nottingham Forest are loving the restaurant quality food we are providing and the phenomenal responses to it show we've got something just right for them all to enjoy."
Following their exposure to the wider football community, Clough is expecting a busy end to the football season, with the food truck in operation this weekend as neighbours Forest welcome Wolves to the City Ground on Saturday, before Luke Williams' side's Good Friday fixture with Wealdstone - also open for the remaining home fixtures for both the Reds, and the Magpies.
