Nottinghamshire Police and firefighters at Wollaton Hall for Emergency Services Day

Nottinghamshire police officers, firefighters, and other emergency crews are at Wollaton Hall on Saturday, May 20, for Emergency Services Day.

A variety of stalls, displays and emergency vehicles are present at the event, including the underwater search unit, drone unit, search and rescue teams.

It's free to enter the event, which will run until 4pm on Saturday. Heavy traffic has been reported in the areas of Middleton Boulevard, Clifton Boulevard, Wollaton Road and roads surrounding Wollaton park due to event.

A spokesperson for Ashfield Fire Station posted pictures from the event and said: " It’s a great day. Why not pop down to the Emergency Services Day at Wollaton Hall NG8 2AE. There is lots to see and do, all the emergency services are here plus lots more.

The event is also playing host to the annual National Police Dogs Trials, with the finals taking place around the Wollaton Park ground.
