"I am risking my life, but I cannot leave my little brother's body here", said Maximiliam White from his home in Spain. It has been a month since his brother Tobias White-Sansom died in Spain leaving his family with unanswered questions, and an unbearable grief over the loss of the dad of of two, who grew up in Radford, Nottingham.
Mr White-Sansom died on July 31, following an alleged incident near a nightclub in Majorca. But the family are restless, and committed to finding answers about the night when the man died.
Tobias, 35, was taken to hospital on July 26 and placed in an induced coma after an incident at the Boomerang nightclub. He grew up in Radford and is the brother of Nottinghamshire entrepreneur Maximillian White, who owned a property on the island.

But now the heartbroken brother, who is devastated by the loss of his "baby brother", said he feels in danger and has already alerted his friends and family "in case anything happens to me". "I had to send my family back because it is too dangerous", he added.
According to The Mirror, police say they were called to reports of an assault on a bouncer and the suspect had to be restrained and taken to hospital, where he died. The family however said that Tobias was the one approached by bouncers and an altercation broke out.
Now, the family are calling for an independent inquiry to be held, and for Tobias' body to be brought back to the UK for an autopsy. A vigil to show support to the family was held in Nottingham city centre on August 20, with many echoing the family's demands.
"I will not stop until I will bring justice to Toby", Maximilian added. "I am too relentless.
"Tobias was not a resident, he was on a family trip. It has been a month now and his body is still in Spain.
"We want to bring the body back to the UK for an independent autopsy. I do not care about the stress and duress I have to go through for my little brother - he is my baby brother.
"He is like my son and my mama's boy. He is an important part of our family.
"I am not going to leave his corpse here, I cannot do that. I am not leaving until I find answers."
Amid calls to bring his cousin's lifeless body back home, Ricardo Capone has voiced his frustration, adding: "We need to get justice, we need to find answers - I am too relentless.
"Lots of friends and family have come together to help raise awareness", he said. "We are working with various organisations that hit the ground running, and most of them are supporting us."
He said that a Netflix documentary is "in the pipeline" from the United States. It will screen the life of Tobias, as well as documenting the family's effort to bring him justice after his death. Nottinghamshire Live has approached Netflix for comment.
"It needs to be an internationally recognised incident and there needs to be independent inquiry", Ricardo added. "We do not want for this case to close and move on without any resolution. I mean, is that normal? I do not think so."
Mr Capone said he received footage from the night which he believes should be investigated and looked at. He added: "Nobody has been questioned, nobody has been arrested. Nobody is even on the case."
He claimed that Tobias' story made other people come forward, adding: "How many times can we allow this to happen without having an independent inquiry? We want to have a class action lawsuit if possible, so that there are many people representing this sort of broader issue.
"It is about Toby, Toby is right in our hearts, but when it comes to the actual broader issue, there is something that the entire world needs to see. It is an insult that a member of our family was taken away and nobody has been questioned about it."
Nadia Whittome, Labour Member of Parliament for Nottingham East, has also expressed her support towards the cause, adding: “I was shocked to learn of the death of Tobias White Sansom in Majorca at the age of just 35.
"His family are rightfully demanding answers about what role the actions of the Spanish police may have played in his death. I am in touch with the Justice for Toby campaign and representatives of his family about how I can support and assist them.”
A spokesperson for The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office said: “We are supporting the family of a British man who has died in Mallorca and are in contact with the local authorities.”
