Nottingham Forest-linked Konstantinos Mavropanos has said he "cannot promise anything" amid speculation over his future.
It was reported in March that Forest are willing to pay €20m (£17.6m) for the Stuttgart defender in the summer transfer window, with his club heading towards relegation from the Bundesliga.
While Mavropanos has been linked to Forest, Premier League rivals Wolves have also been credited with an interest in the 25-year-old ahead of next season. Leeds are also interested, according to reports, so there could be something of a three-way transfer battle - though both Premier League and Bundesliga relegations will be an important factor.

Speaking about his future this week, Mavropanos told German newspaper Bild that he is not interested in hearing the rumours, though refused to promise staying at Stuttgart beyond this season.
“These rumours don’t interest me," he said. “At the moment, my focus is on the last two games so that VfB stay in the Bundesliga. That’s my goal.”
On his future, he added: “I can’t promise anything because things in football can sometimes change from one day to the next. But what I can say is that I feel good at VfB, I really enjoy my time here.”
