Stade Rennais "dream of" signing Nottingham Forest defender Serge Aurier this summer.
The French side are reportedly eyeing Aurier as a replacement for Djed Spence, who they had on loan from Tottenham this season. They are planning to "shake up" their squad and have already got to work, having identified Aurier as their prime target for the right-back position.
That's according to Foot Mercato, who also note that Aurier "feels good" at Forest, so Stade Rennais might find it difficult to lure him away from the City Ground. He signed a one-year deal at the club last summer, but could be keen to pen fresh terms.

The full-back made 23 appearances under head coach Steve Cooper this season, hitting his stride towards the end of the season as the Reds secured their status as a Premier League club for another year.
If he were to move to the French side, he would replace Spence, who was on loan at Forest last season and was a key part of the team that earned promotion to the Premier League through the Championship play-offs.
Spence himself is adored at Forest and supporters have been urging the young defender to return to the East Midlands. Midfielder Ryan Yates even posted a cheeky social media comment to Spence, asking if he would be returning to Forest this summer.
