Nottingham Forest are set to take their summer transfer spending to £60million with the signings of Wales star Neco Williams and Omar Richards.
Williams, surplus to requirements at Liverpool, will move to the City Ground for £17million, while Richards is a £10million capture from Bayern Munich, report The Telegraph.
Steve Cooper's swoop for the duo will push Forest's spend over the £60million mark - a massive statement of intent from the newly-promoted side.
Williams joins the City Ground club after impressing on loan with Fulham last season. An opening bid of around £11million had already been knocked back by Jurgen Klopp's side, with Calvin Ramsey signed to provide cover for first-choice right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold at Anfield next season.
Forest have already signed Taiwo Awoniyi, Moussa Niakhate, Giulian Biancone and Dean Henderson this summer, with more additions in the pipeline.
Williams is set to be a big part of Rob Page's plans for Wales' World Cup campaign in Qatar this November.
