Nottingham Forest theory emerges after Keinan Davis comments made

Nottingham Forest fans have been having their say on Keinan Davis after comments about the striker emerged.

The Reds were interested in bringing the striker back to the City Ground following his loan spell last season, which of course concluded with promotion to the Premier League. Despite a return looking on the cards over the summer, he instead moved to the Championship with Watford.

Their manager Rob Edwards admitted this week that Davis has been struggling for fitness, as well as suffering with illness of late, and so he has not been able to get the best out of the former Villa man. Nottingham Forest supporters have been reacting to these comments. Below is a look at what some of them have been saying.

EdwardIX : Stupid of Villa not to take our 8-9 mil offer. But we've now dodged one.

Ballwinner : Not good enough, if he was any good he would be in Villa team.

Paul Cusack : Sadly, it's going to be the story of Keinan's career. Cracking player when fit but he breaks down too regularly.

Colin Bagguley : Shame he kept getting injured as I’m sure a fit Davis would have been on Cooper's list. I’ve not seen any of our current strikers give what he used to give to our team when playing.

Gary P Nffc : ...and yet I would still buy him... I hope Awoniyi is better than he has looked so far

Noel Holohan : We may have dodged one here, if he’s injury prone.
