Tickets have gone on sale for the home leg of Nottingham Forest's Championship play-off semi-final.

The away leg will be played on either Friday, May 13, or Saturday, May 14, with a 7.45pm kick-off. The home leg will take place on Monday, May 16, or Tuesday, May 17.
