Nottingham Forest predicted line-up: Injury worries to key men create concerns before West Brom

Nottingham Forest will be hoping to bounce back from defeat to Luton Town when they host West Bromwich Albion on Easter Monday (kick-off 8pm).

Forest lost 1-0 at Kenilworth Road on a day when they failed to be at their best against a combative Luton team, who won thanks to a first half penalty. However, results elsewhere in the Championship were favourable as Middlesbrough drew with Bournemouth to maintain Forest's outside chance of automatic promotion.

Of more immediate concern is securing a play-off place and defeats for Blackburn Rovers and Sheffield United favoured the Reds, who are fifth on 67 points with six games to go. Looking at team selection for Monday, Forest could well be without both Scott McKenna and Keinan Davis. Given both went off with hamstring issues, it is hard to believe risks will be taken with two key men.

That could mean a change in shape to a flat back four with Steve Cook still out, as is Max Lowe. Philip Zinckernagel will hope for a recall after losing his place to Lewis Grabban. They passed up a good chance each, while Zinckernagel hit the post when coming off the bench.

Grabban was making his first start after an ankle injury. He could lead the line in Davis' absence, as could Sam Surridge, who has consistently done well from the bench. Skipper Grabban could also play off Surridge, while winger Joe Lolley is another option for a start with Zinckernagel then playing behind the main striker.

Predicted XI: Samba; Spence, Worrall, Figueiredo, Colback; Garner, Yates; Johnson, Grabban, Zinckernagel; Surridge
