Estoril Praia have an option to buy Nottingham Forest midfielder Brandon Aguilera, the player himself has claimed.
Aguilera joined Forest from Costa Rican club Alajuelense in the summer, with the 19-year-old penning a four-year deal at the City Ground. He was immediately loaned to Guanacasteca for six months, before joining Estoril in the Portuguese top tier last month.
Despite having not played a single second of football in England, Aguilera could be set to leave Forest as soon as this summer. In an interview with ESPN, the teenager has revealed his current loan club have an option to buy him at the end of the season.

He was asked in that interview if he could have played a part for Forest in the Premier League this season, and admitted it is "something I ask myself". He also spoke glowingly about plying his trade over in Portugal.
"It is something that one asks oneself,” he told ESPN when asked if he could have contributed to Steve Cooper ’s side this season.
"One question, one comes to this league, it is competitive here," he said. "I think that reaching the Premier from Costa Rica is a huge leap. I feel cold here, I feel very different training sessions, you feel the difference in rhythm."
He also admitted he does not know if he could have managed the transition to English football, adding: "Arriving in England would have been a step that I don’t know if I could have done, but I feel very happy here, they have a purchase option, here is a great club, they have sold great players to Benfica, Porto.
"Those are the steps I’d like to take. Here I can develop quite well, what I focus on is that, enjoying the day to day."
