Nottingham Forest midfielder Tyrese Fornah has said "words can't repay" the opportunity Reading have given him after ending the season on loan at the relegated Championship club.
The former Forest youth academy player joined the Royals last summer and has been a regular fixture in the Reading team since his arrival. Fornah made 35 appearances in the second tier this season where he scored twice and provided two assists.
But it was a difficult season at the Berkshire club who were relegated to League One without a win in their last 13 matches.

And in the aftermath of the season-ending, he posted a picture of himself on Instagram in a Reading shirt alongside a message.
The 23-year-old wrote: "A year full of ups and downs, but personally grateful and thankful to @readingfc for bringing me back to the club where it all started for me, and really giving me the opportunity, platform & stage to play in the championship which words can’t repay and would hope to think that the fans and all could see how much I gave for the cause this year but I truly believe this special club in my heart will bounce straight back to the place it’s belongs to be."
His message was followed by white and blue love heart emojis, which symbolise the colours of Reading.
