Nottingham Forest are 'making' a £2.5m for Blackpool winger Josh Bowler, it has been reported.
The 23 year-old is wanted by head coach Steve Cooper, with the Welshman renewing his interest in the Championship star.
Cooper was keen to sign Bowler if Forest remained in the Championship this season, but he has now re-emerged as a Premier League target. A bid of £2.5 million is on the cards, according to journalist Alan Nixon, as the Reds look to secure their 17th signing of the summer.

However, Forest will face a 'late scrap' from Fulham who have joined the race for the winger's signature, while Bournemouth 'retain a live interest' in securing his services.
Bowler is out of contract next summer and Blackpool have no option to extend his deal, so the likelihood of them losing him this summer is high.
There is now a battle to see which club submits an acceptable offer to Blackpool. The winger has started the Championship season in form and other suitors could rear their heads in the last ten days of the transfer window.
