Nottingham Forest favourite receives response as transfer decision confirmed

Nottingham Forest supporters have responded to Djed Spence's emotional farewell after completing a move to Tottenham Hotspur.

Spence spent last season on loan at the City Ground from Middlesbrough, and went on to play an influential role in helping Forest secure promotion back to the Premier League. The 21-year-old became a popular figure among fans, having made 46 outings for Steve Cooper's side.

After committing to a five-year deal at Spurs, the youngster did not forget the Reds as he addressed supporters in a heartwarming message on social media.
