Nottingham Forest have confirmed they will travel to Bournemouth on Tuesday, May 3, for their rearranged Championship clash.
The Reds had been due to play the promotion-chasing Cherries last Friday, but the game was postponed after Storm Eunice caused damage to the Vitality Stadium.
The decision was announced just four-and-a-half hours before kick-off on the south coast on advice from Bournemouth's Safety Advisory Group.
But now head coach Steve Cooper's side will head south in the final week of the season for a 7pm kick-off in what is their penultimate fixture.
And the time of the game has not gone down well with Forest fans especially as it is a midweek fixture when kick-off is usually 7.30pm, 7.45pm or 8pm.
Reds supporters have raced to social media to give their reaction and here's what they said on Twitter...
Can Cut Worm Red: "So this becomes our penultimate game? Why is it scheduled for 2 1/2 months away from the date it should have taken place? Never seen such a long wait for a rearranged fixture."
One Decent Fox: "No thought given to the fans again."
Max Hayes: "This is poor. 7pm kick off? No thought for the fans. Again."
Tom Jacobs: "So they cancelled a match on a Friday night last minute, so the best idea is to now rearrange it for a Tuesday night? Read the room."
Sam Haycock: "That's even worse than Friday for fans no care for them whatsoever absolute joke."
Nick Briggs: "Wow so we now finish with 2 away games in the last week of the season.... great planning @efl again."
The reaction comes after Forest were understood to have made a formal complaint over the fixture amid claims it suited Bournemouth who were missing seven players through injury.
Officials from Forest are understood to be "furious" about the situation, particularly given the fact their request to play the game on Saturday was turned down by the Cherries.
